Unlike the first game with its 80’s neon colors, this one brings out a 90’s feel with bad VHS feeds. The teaser presents itself with visual throwbacks like in the first Miami Hotline. Like the first game, it uses character sprites at a top-down perspective, with uncompromising gore that fills the screen with pixelated death. The game’s existence was confirmed at E3 last week with a playable demo, but there was no teaser of some kind online until just recently.
Those who eagerly waited to see the new Hotline Miami game can have their wish, as Digital Devolver posted the teaser for Dennaton Games’ Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number.
